Use of the service

You may use AI Scanner - Object Identifier only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

You may not use the service for unlawful content, abusive activity, security violations, or any activity that interferes with normal operation.

Intellectual property

AI Scanner and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all related intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version at https://scananything.pages.dev.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, network connection, account credentials, and all activity conducted through your use of the service.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party tools and providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI Scanner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the service.

Apple App Store — additional terms

The following terms apply because AI Scanner - Object Identifier is distributed through the Apple App Store:

Acknowledgement. You and AI Scanner acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and AI Scanner only, and not with Apple. AI Scanner, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.

Scope of license. The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Maintenance and support. AI Scanner is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.

Warranty. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Any other warranty claims are solely AI Scanner's responsibility.

Product liability. AI Scanner, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to the app, AI Scanner, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
